Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried figs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking dish with coconut oil.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped figs, chopped walnuts, rolled oats, honey, almond butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

  3. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and press it down firmly.

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing into squares.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
