How To Make Elderflower Sorbet

Ingredients
- 1 cup elderflower syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine the elderflower syrup, water, sugar, and lemon juice.

Stir over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved completely.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Transfer the sorbet to a lidded container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
