How To Make Chocolate Jaffa pots

Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200ml whipping cream
- 50g sugar
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 4 Jaffa oranges, segmented
Instructions

Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

In a separate saucepan, heat the whipping cream and sugar until the sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat and stir in the melted chocolate and orange zest.

Divide the chocolate mixture into 4 small serving pots or glasses.

Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.

Before serving, garnish each pot with Jaffa orange segments.
