How To Make Chocolate Jaffa pots

This sweet, delectable dessert is the perfect ender to any and every heavy meal! In fact, it’s great even as a stand-alone snack. Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200ml whipping cream
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 4 Jaffa oranges, segmented

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

  2. In a separate saucepan, heat the whipping cream and sugar until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the melted chocolate and orange zest.

  4. Divide the chocolate mixture into 4 small serving pots or glasses.

  5. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.

  6. Before serving, garnish each pot with Jaffa orange segments.
