Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/2 cup crushed digestive biscuits (graham crackers)
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a heatproof bowl, add the chocolate, condensed milk, and butter. Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and melt, stirring occasionally.

  3. Once melted, remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the orange zest, crushed digestive biscuits, and chopped nuts (if using).

  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

  6. Remove from the fridge and cut into squares before serving.
