- 200g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Chocolate shavings, for garnish

In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate until smooth.

In a separate saucepan, heat the cream, coffee, sugar, and vanilla extract over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
