  • 200g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate until smooth.

  2. In a separate saucepan, heat the cream, coffee, sugar, and vanilla extract over medium heat until hot but not boiling.

  3. Pour the hot cream mixture over the melted chocolate and stir until well combined and smooth.

  4. Divide the mixture evenly among 4 serving glasses or pots.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

  6. Before serving, top each pot with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
