How To Make 4-Ingredient Creamy Lemon Popsicles
Make your own creamy lemon popsicles to beat the summer heat with this easy recipe! It’s creamy and naturally sweetened for a tastier cold treat.
Stir the yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, milk, honey, and sprinkles together. Carefully stirring in the sprinkles, as they may slightly bleed their color. The mixture will be thick.
Pour the mixture evenly into each popsicle mold. If the popsicle mold has slots for sticks, insert them before freezing – if not, freeze for 2 hours, then put a wooden popsicle stick in the middle.
Continue to freeze for an additional 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
Run the popsicle molds under warm water to easily remove. Serve, and enjoy!
To make the popsicles sweeter, add a little more honey, and for a more tangy taste, add more juice or zest.
