Freeze Time: 6 hours
Total: 6 hours 5 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • cupsplain Greek yogurt

  1. Stir the yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, milk, honey, and sprinkles together. Carefully stirring in the sprinkles, as they may slightly bleed their color. The mixture will be thick.

  2. Pour the mixture evenly into each popsicle mold. If the popsicle mold has slots for sticks, insert them before freezing – if not, freeze for 2 hours, then put a wooden popsicle stick in the middle.

  3. Continue to freeze for an additional 3 to 4 hours or overnight.

  4. Run the popsicle molds under warm water to easily remove. Serve, and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

To make the popsicles sweeter, add a little more honey, and for a more tangy taste, add more juice or zest.
