How To Make Coconut Milk Popsicles
These popsicles are creamy, tropical and perfect for a hot summer day!

Ingredients
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of agave syrup (or honey)
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
Instructions

In a blender, combine the coconut milk, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

Blend until smooth and pour the mixture into 4 popsicle molds.

Sprinkle shredded coconut into each mold, and insert popsicle sticks.

Freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.

To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles.
