How To Make Honeydew and Coconut Popsicles

Refreshing and sweet, these popsicles are perfect for a summer treat!

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of honeydew melon, cubed
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp of honey

Instructions

  1. Add the honeydew, coconut milk, and honey into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

  4. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.

  5. Freeze the popsicles for 4-6 hours, or until solid.

  6. When ready to serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles.

  7. Enjoy!
