  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 2 cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and lemon juice.

  3. Toss mixed berries in the sugar mixture and let sit for 5 minutes.

  4. Pour the berry mixture into the pie crust.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
