Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions

In a blender or food processor, puree the mixed berries until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine the berry puree, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the berry mixture until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or individual ramekins. Cover with plastic wrap.

Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate and milk. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

Remove the semifreddo from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.

Serve the semifreddo with warm chocolate sauce poured over the top.
