How To Make Cinnamon Palmiers

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 tbsp of cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar.

  3. Roll up the pastry tightly from one side to the middle, then repeat with the other side.

  4. Slice the rolled pastry into 1/2 inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
