  • 1 9-inch pie crust
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Whipped cream, for serving (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon, for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
