  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • Pie crust for 4 individual pies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the pie crust and line 4 individual pie dishes.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.

  4. Fold in the mincemeat until well combined.

  5. Pour the mincemeat custard mixture evenly into the prepared pie crusts.
