How To Make Banana Oat Muffins

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.

Add the rolled oats, honey, milk, Greek yogurt, melted butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Stir until well combined.

Divide the batter evenly into the lined muffin tin, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
