This shamrock fudge is loaded with vanilla frosting, chocolate candy melts, peppermint, and more! Serve up these tasty snacks for St. Patrick’s Day.

- 1jarvanilla frosting
- 12ozwhite chocolate candy melts
- green gel coloring
- 1tsppeppermint extract
- sprinkles,optional
Instructions

Line an 8×8-inch pan with foil.

Microwave the frosting on 50% power for about 30 to 40 seconds, until slightly runny. Stir in the peppermint extract and gel coloring.

Microwave the candy melts on 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds, until almost completely melted.

Gently stir the melts and the frosting together, then spread them into the prepared pan. Add sprinkles, if desired.

Refrigerate 30 minutes, then cut into squares or with cookie cutters.
