How To Make Strawberry Fruit Filling Recipe

- 3 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water

In a medium saucepan, combine diced strawberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat until strawberries have released their juices, stirring occasionally.

In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch and water together until smooth.

Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the strawberry mixture, stirring constantly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
