  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dried apple slices, chopped
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add the rolled oats and pulse until they become a coarse flour-like texture.

  2. Add the dried apple slices, almond butter, honey, chopped almonds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor. Pulse until well combined and the mixture sticks together.

  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Refrigerate the energy balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
