How To Make Fig and Gingerbread Trifle Recipe
A heavenly trifle made with layers of gingerbread, fig puree, sweetened whipped cream, and fresh figs.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of gingerbread, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup of fresh figs, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of fig puree
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

In another bowl, mix together the fig puree and small pieces of fresh figs.

In four serving glasses, layer the gingerbread cubes, followed by the fig and whipped cream mixture, and continue until all of the ingredients are used up.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
