How To Make Fig and Brie Quesadilla
A savory and sweet twist on the classic quesadilla, featuring gooey brie cheese and juicy figs.

Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup of chopped fresh figs
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Brush one side of each tortilla with olive oil and place it oiled-side down in the skillet.

Add a layer of sliced brie cheese to one half of each tortilla.

Top the cheese with a layer of chopped figs and drizzle with honey.

Fold the tortilla in half and press down gently with a spatula.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melty.

Cut each quesadilla into wedges and serve hot.
