How To Make Fig and Brie Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup of chopped fresh figs
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Brush one side of each tortilla with olive oil and place it oiled-side down in the skillet.

  3. Add a layer of sliced brie cheese to one half of each tortilla.

  4. Top the cheese with a layer of chopped figs and drizzle with honey.

  5. Fold the tortilla in half and press down gently with a spatula.

  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melty.

  7. Cut each quesadilla into wedges and serve hot.
