How To Make Strawberry Shortcake Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.

Gradually add in the flour, mixing well after each addition.

Gently fold in the diced strawberries.

Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
