  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, flour, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  4. Stir in the chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.

  5. Drop tablespoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly gooey.

  7. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
