How To Make Peppermint Rice Krispie Treats
Wrap up these rice krispie treats to make yummy Christmas gifts! These crunchy bites are topped with peppermint for a minty sweet flavor.
Butter a 13-inch x 9-inch baking dish, then set aside.
Melt butter over low heat in a large non-stick saucepan.
Add marshmallows and stir constantly until marshmallows have melted.
Remove from heat, then stir in the peppermint extract.
Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until the mixture is evenly coated.
Pour the mixture into the buttered baking dish.
