How To Make Orange Torte Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups ground almonds
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 oranges, zested and juiced
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease a 9-inch tart pan.

In a large bowl, mix together ground almonds, sugar, and orange zest.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs until light and frothy.

Add in orange juice, melted butter, and baking powder and whisk to combine.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until fully incorporated.

Pour batter into prepared tart pan and smooth out the top.
