How To Make Salted Caramel Chocolate Torte

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/4 tsp sea salt flakes, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch tart pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.

Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.

Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and sides of the tart pan.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until slightly firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Pour the salted caramel sauce into the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.

Place the torte back in the oven and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
