- 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch (23 cm) round baking pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.

In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.

Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
