Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Christmas pudding crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of brandy or rum
  • 2 cups of chocolate cake crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of white chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup of red and green sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the Christmas pudding crumbs and brandy until well combined.

  2. Add in the chocolate cake crumbs and cream cheese, and mix until a dough forms.

  3. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up the cake pops.

  5. Dip each cake pop into the melted white chocolate, then sprinkle with red and green sprinkles.

  6. Place the dipped cake pops back on the baking sheet and refrigerate for another 15 minutes to set the chocolate.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
