
How To Make White Chocolate Scotcharoos
A peanut butter base and a butterscotch topping with white chocolate chips and rice cereals make this scotcharoos recipe a great dessert.

Ingredients
- 1cuppeanut butter
- 1cupsugar
- 1cuplight corn syrup
- 6cupsRice Krispies cereal
- ¾cupbutterscotch chips
- ¾cupwhite chocolate chips
Instructions

Pour rice krispies into a large bowl and set aside.

Bring peanut butter, sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Pour over rice krispies and press into a greased 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch pan.

Melt white chocolate and butterscotch chips together and mix well. Spread over the top of the ceral mix.

Cool, cut and then serve. Enjoy!
