- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can corn kernels, drained
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
- Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, diced avocado
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is softened.

Drain excess grease from skillet and stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn kernels. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the beef mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish.
