How To Make Mexican Corn Dip

Sweet and spicy dip made with corn, jalapenos, and cream cheese, perfect for any party or snack time.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of corn kernels, drained
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine corn, jalapeno, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
