- 1 can (15 oz) of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp of lime juice
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a food processor, combine beans, avocado, jalapeno, onion, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Pulse until smooth and creamy.
