How To Make Veggie Noodles with Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions

Use a spiralizer or julienne peeler to turn zucchini and carrot into noodles. Set aside.

In a small skillet, toast sesame seeds over medium heat until golden brown. Set aside to cool.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.

In a large bowl, combine zucchini noodles, carrot noodles, sliced red bell pepper, snow peas, green onions, and cilantro.

Pour the sesame dressing over the vegetables and toss until well coated.
