How To Make Veggie Vermicelli

Ingredients
- 200g vermicelli noodles
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 100g green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Instructions

Cook the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant and slightly softened.

Add the carrot, bell pepper, and green beans to the pan. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

Add the cooked vermicelli noodles to the pan along with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the veggie vermicelli hot, garnished with fresh cilantro leaves.
