How To Make Asian Sesame Noodle Salad Recipe
A refreshing and flavorful salad with a delicious sesame dressing, perfect as a side dish or a light meal.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 oz. of thin spaghetti noodles
- 1 cup of shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup of sesame oil
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package instructions, then rinse with cold water and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine noodles, shredded carrots, chopped green onions, chopped cilantro, and chopped peanuts.

Pour dressing over noodles and toss until everything is coated evenly.
