How To Make Asian Sesame Noodle Salad Recipe

  • 8 oz. of thin spaghetti noodles
  • 1 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup of sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions, then rinse with cold water and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. In a large bowl, combine noodles, shredded carrots, chopped green onions, chopped cilantro, and chopped peanuts.

  4. Pour dressing over noodles and toss until everything is coated evenly.

  5. Serve chilled.
