Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Marinara sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried basil, and dried oregano. Mix well until fully combined.

  2. Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon, and roll them in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.

  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the gnudi balls and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown.

  4. Serve the Cheat’s Gnudi with marinara sauce on the side or on top. Enjoy!
