How To Make Indian Tofu Bhuna Recipe
Spicy, flavorful, and easy-to-make dish made with tofu, bell peppers, onions, and a blend of aromatic Indian spices.

Ingredients
- 14 oz tofu, cubed
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt, to taste
- Cilantro, for garnishing
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.

Add bell pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Add tofu and tomatoes. Stir to combine all the ingredients.

Cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat until the mixture thickens and the tofu is well-coated with spices.

Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
