How To Make Spiralized Singapore Noodles

Ingredients
- 8 oz rice vermicelli noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, spiralized
- 1 zucchini, spiralized
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the rice vermicelli noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, cook until fragrant and slightly browned, about 2 minutes.

Add the sliced red bell pepper, spiralized carrot, and spiralized zucchini. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Add the bean sprouts, cooked rice vermicelli noodles, soy sauce, curry powder, turmeric powder, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine all the ingredients and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
