How To Make Indonesian Bakso Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Cooked rice noodles for serving
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ground coriander, cornstarch, and egg. Mix well.

Use your hands to form small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).

In a soup pot, heat beef broth over medium-high heat. Add fish sauce, soy sauce, and tomato paste. Stir well.

Add meatballs to the broth and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for about 1 hour, until meatballs are cooked through and tender.

Serve the soup in bowls, with cooked rice noodles and chopped green onions.
