How To Make Root Vegetable and Ginger Stir-Fry
A flavorful and colorful stir-fry dish featuring root veggies and ginger.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 carrots, peeled and julienned
- 2 parsnips, peeled and julienned
- 2 turnips, peeled and julienned
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the pan.

Stir-fry until the onion is translucent, about 2 minutes.

Add the julienned carrots, parsnips, and turnips to the pan.

Stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crispy.

Add the soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
