How To Make Chinese Cabbage Spring Rolls Recipe
Crispy spring rolls filled with tender Chinese cabbage and savory spices.

Ingredients
- 8 spring roll wrappers
- 2 cups of Chinese cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix well.

Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface and add 2 tbsp of the cabbage filling in the middle of the wrapper.

Brush the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold in the sides of the wrapper and roll tightly.

Repeat steps 3-4 for the remaining wrappers.

Place the spring rolls on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
