How To Make Mixed Vegetable Spring Rolls Recipe
Crispy outside, packed with flavorful mixed veggies, a perfect appetizer for any occasion!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup green beans, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 12 spring roll wrappers
- 4 cups oil for frying
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrot, cabbage, green beans, onions, cilantro, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Mix everything well.

Place 1 tbsp of the vegetable mixture on the spring roll wrapper and fold the sides in, then roll them up tightly.

Repeat until all the mixture has been used.

Heat oil for frying in a pan.

Fry spring rolls until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from heat and let them cool.

Serve hot with your favorite dip.
