Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix garlic, lemon zest, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Brush the mixture onto the flesh side of the salmon fillets.

Place salmon skin-side down on the grill, and cook for 5-6 minutes.
