How To Make Wolfgang Puck Grilled Salmon Recipe

  • 4 salmon fillets, skin-on
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp of lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp of fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic, lemon zest, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

  3. Brush the mixture onto the flesh side of the salmon fillets.

  4. Place salmon skin-side down on the grill, and cook for 5-6 minutes.

  5. Flip salmon fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
