  • 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of crushed Trefoils cookies
  • 1/4 cup of chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring frequently until smooth.

  2. Stir in the crushed Trefoils cookies and chopped almonds.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the chocolate mixture onto the paper, using a spatula to spread it into an even layer.

  4. Chill the chocolate bark in the refrigerator until firm, about 10 minutes.

  5. Break the bark into small pieces and serve.
