Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Trefoils cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed Trefoils cookies and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.

  2. Soften vanilla ice cream and spread evenly onto crust. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

  3. When ready to serve, drizzle caramel sauce over pie and cut into slices.
