How To Make Trefoils Tiramisu Recipe
A classic dessert with a twist of Trefoils cookies.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup strong coffee (cooled)
- 1/4 cup Amaretto liquor (optional)
- 12 Trefoils cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beat until well combined.

Add heavy cream and continue to mix until mixture thickens.

In another bowl, combine the cooled coffee and Amaretto liquor (if using).

Dip each Trefoils cookie into the coffee mixture and place them in the bottom of the serving dish.

Pour half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.

Dip the remaining Trefoils cookies into the coffee mixture and place them on top of the mascarpone mixture.

Pour the remaining mascarpone mixture over the cookies.

Dust with cocoa powder on top.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
