How To Make Trefoils Chocolate Mousse
A deliciously rich and creamy dessert made with chocolate and crushed Trefoils cookies.

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed Trefoils cookies
Instructions

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.

In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined.

Divide the crushed Trefoils cookies evenly between 4 dessert cups.

Spoon the chocolate mousse mixture on top of the cookie crumbs and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
