- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Add gyoza to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are golden brown.

Add water to the pan and cover with a lid. Let the gyoza steam for 3-5 minutes until fully cooked.
