- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add garlic and jalapeño, cook for 1 minute.

Add drained tomatoes, chili powder, and cumin. Cook for 2 minutes.

Reduce heat to low, stir in cheese and heavy cream until melted and combined.

Serve hot with tortilla chips.
