How To Make Rah Rah’s Sweet and Spicy Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Panko breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape beef mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and ketchup. Pour mixture over meatballs.
