Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Panko breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. Shape beef mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and ketchup. Pour mixture over meatballs.

  6. Bake meatballs for 10-15 minutes, or until fully cooked and glazed with sauce. Serve hot.
