A delicious and easy-to-make chicken Caesar wrap that’s perfect for a quick lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4-6 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup of Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tortilla wraps

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.

  4. Remove chicken from skillet and cut into thin slices.

  5. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until the lettuce is well coated.

  6. Take a tortilla wrap and place a handful of the lettuce mixture on top.

  7. Add a few slices of chicken to the wrap.

  8. Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

  9. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 4 wraps.
