How To Make Mark’s Feed Store’s BBQ Brisket Recipe
Tender and smoky BBQ brisket made with a signature dry rub and slow cooked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 1 (3-4lb) beef brisket
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp mustard powder
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions

Mix together paprika, brown sugar, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and mustard powder to make the dry rub.

Rub the dry rub all over the brisket. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat smoker to 225°F. Smoke the brisket for 6-8 hours or until internal temperature reaches 200°F.

Remove the brisket from smoker and let rest for 30 minutes. Slice against the grain.

In a small saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar and beef broth. Heat on medium until heated through. Serve the sauce with the brisket.
